The film demonstrates an irregular 1cm calcification in the pelvis, superimposed
over the lower sacrum, as shown with the arrows on picture.
This is compatible with an appendicolith in the appendix.

The next film shows the same patient, post-operatively. Note that the appendicolith has been completely removed.
